Here at the Futon Shop we appreciate that delivery into London can be tricky! Thankfully all our larger items are dispatched with Tuffnells Parcels into London and they are very much used to handling bulky items.

We can arrange for your order to be delivered on a specified weekday that suits you, for example if you are off work on a particular day, have your order delivered to a concierge or goods in address or request that Tuffnells Parcels call you up to 30 mins prior to delivery to allow you to get home from work to let them into your property.

Large value orders and orders for multiple items - these particular type of orders can have special delivery arrangements put in place such as time slot deliveries or weekends, we can even offer an assembly service for multiple purchases from landlords and letting agents for a small additional cost.
