All of our deliveries are completed by a parcel carrier, either DX Parcels or Tuffnells, or delivered in our own van.
Once ordered, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day - you can select any weekday to receive your order, however, unfortunately, we cannot offer specific times. This is because large items can't travel on live time tracking system.

If you require delivery, then we offer FREE shipping throughout the UK mainland on weekdays. If you live 'off-shore' in the UK, such as the Scottish Isles, then there is an additional delivery charge, please call or mail us for a quote. Stock items are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. If you have an urgent requirement, such as next day delivery, please call us for details, we can often help.
Special order items may take significantly longer, in the case of Innovation sofa beds this may be up to 14 weeks, information is provided on each product page look for the Product Information section for delivery information and product specifications.

Deliveries are carried out by ourselves, or by a parcel carrier, subject to your location.
All deliveries will be booked in with you beforehand.
You will be required to be available to receive your delivery on the specified day. Although we can choose a day to suit your requirements, we will not be able to specify a time when the delivery is completed by a parcel carrier.
We try to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition. However, we can be held up by traffic conditions and the dreaded roadworks! It is our aim to keep you informed of any delays to minimise any inconvenience to you.
Sorry - we have had to suspend delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands for the time being, this is due to Brexit and we hope to resume this service as soon as we have clarity regarding the cost and delay implications for our customers and ourselves.
We can still deliver to Scottish Islands so please contact us for a quote.
We can now offer you the choice to collect your purchase from our premises in Plymouth, Devon, located within the HQ Building on Union Street, postcode PL1 3HQ.
