Safe and convenient delivery to your home.

Delivery of larger item orders can be challenging but the key here is good communication, we are always happy to talk through your requirements or concerns so if you don’t find the information you need on this page please feel free to mail or call us. Please take into consideration that all our futon mattresses are hand made down here in Devon just for you so getting your product right is the first priority.

The information below applies to UK mainland addresses only, if you are in a UK ‘off-shore’ or Scottish Highland region address please contact us for a delivery cost quote.

All our items are delivered by one of the ways detailed below, on each product page it will inform you in the ‘Product Specification’ section which way is applied to the product you are purchasing.

1. DX Parcels – mainly used for smaller futon mattress orders such as Monk Futon Bed Rolls and our ‘Original Futon Mattress’ range, we also use DX for purchases of bed frames without a mattress and tatami mats. We will contact you directly by mail or phone within 3 days of your order being placed to arrange a convenient week day (Monday to Friday) for delivery. You can choose which day but we cannot give a time window only to say it will be between 9 am and 5 pm. Delivery by parcel carrier like this is to your front door, onward movement inside your home is your responsibility. Typically delivery on these items is 7 to 10 days from placing your order.
2. BJS Extra or Higher Jump dedicated carriers – specialist partners for two person deliveries for larger items such as sofa beds, bed frame / futon mattress combinations and larger futon mattresses. Your order will be delivered to a room of your choice on the ground or first floor. We will inform you when your order has been collected from us by the BJS or Higher Jump teams, they will then contact you directly to arrange a convenient week day delivery with a three hour time window and then a call 30 mins prior to arrival on delivery day. Typically allow 2 to 3 weeks from ordering to delivery to your home.
3. Our Own Van – can also be used for delivery depending on your location and any specific requirements such as difficult access please feel free to call or mail us if you have any requirements that may need our attention.

With all types of delivery we would ask that you kindly ensure there is safe and easy access to your property to make the job of the delivery people easy on the day. Please be assured we will always take into consideration your own requirements and are always happy to talk this through prior to you making your purchase

Sorry - we have had to suspend delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands for the time being, this is due to brexit which has caused pricing and administration to become impractical for a small business such as ourselves.

Customer Collection.

We can now offer you the choice to collect your purchase from our premises in Plymouth, Devon, located within the HQ Building on Union Street, postcode PL1 3HQ.

We will contact you when you place your order to advise you of when your purchase will be ready for collection, and arrange a suitable day. If you wish to arrange this prior to placing your order, or have any questions, please call us on 01752 662030

Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm

Collections by appointment only please.

A large hatchback or estate car would be needed for most purchases.
