Social Bed by Karup Design - basic frame

We are big fans of this stylish and practical new model from Danish manufacturers Karup Design. A simple and strong FSC certified pine bed base in a choice of sizes. Low level and compact dimensions make the Social a great addition to your room where space is limited, particularly loft rooms or mezzanine floors.

The Social is also available as an accessorised bedframe with head / back rests and side tables, shown as Social Bed by Karup Design - 140 and 160 cm Size on our website

The Social Futon Bed can be purchased as a bed frame only, in 140 x 200 cm EU Double or 160 x 200 cm EU Super King sizes, you can then add one of our optional futon mattresses in a choice of fillings to suit your requirements. IMPORTANT Note: The mattress size needed for the Social bed is 200 cm long, if you are buying a futon mattress from us it will be sized to fit, if using a different mattress type please ensure you get a 200 cm length.

Simple home assembly is required, please allow 1 to 1.5 hours.
