Social Bed by Karup Design - 140 and 160 cm Size

We are big fans of this stylish and practical new model from Danish manufacturers Karup Design. A simple and strong FSC certified pine bed base in a choice of sizes. Available with the standard set up with two movable backrests and side tables to give you options for sleeping or daytime use, this makes the Social bed more than just a bed — it’s a conversation piece that can be transformed into a stylish sofa during the day, inviting social interaction and relaxation.

The Social Futon Bed can be purchased as a bed frame only, in 140 x 200 cm EU Double or 160 x 200 cm EU Super King sizes, you can then add one of our optional futon mattresses in a choice of fillings to suit your requirements. IMPORTANT Note: The mattress size needed for the Social bed is 200 cm long, if you are buying a futon mattress from us it will be sized to fit, if using a different mattress type please ensure you get a 200 cm length.

Simple home assembly is required, please allow 1 to 1.5 hours.
