Kanso Bed by Karup Design Double and King Size

Introducing the new Kanso Bed by Karup Design. This simple low-level bed offers an elegant alternative to a storage bed, with optional add-on drawers. It is available in two widths with a choice of futon mattresses.

The timber frame is manufactured in FSC Certified (managed forest) Scandinavian redwood pine and features a slatted style base for even, firm support. It is then left with a smooth, untreated finish. This stylish bed also comes with 4 optional add-on drawers, giving you under-bed storage. These are made of the same sturdy material as the rest of the bed and slide neatly under the frame when closed.

The Kanso Futon Bed can be purchased as a frame only (either as a 140x200cm European double or a 160x200cm super king) or combined with one of our futon mattresses. Each mattress has a choice of colours and fillings, which you can learn more about on our Futon Mattresses page.

IMPORTANT Note: The mattress size needed for the Senza bed is European size at 200 cm long. If you're buying a futon mattress from us, it will be sized to fit. If using a different mattress type please ensure you get a 200 cm length.

Simple home assembly is required, please allow around 1 hour.
