How long will my futon take to be delivered?

Many of our futons and sofabeds are available from stock and can be delivered to you within 10 days. However, we know that some of you have urgent requirements and if you call us we may be able to dispatch your futon within 48 hours.

Are our futons the cheapest on the internet?

In a word; NO. We aim to use only good quality materials in the manufacture of our futons and sofabeds. That means carefully selected timber for our pine frames, to avoid splintering and sap pockets, the best quality cotton, rebound woolfelt and polyester for our fillings and well researched manufacturers from Malaysia for our hardwood products. We also spend time and money packaging our futons to ensure they travel well to reach you in perfect condition. Overall we aim to offer a combination of quality, durability and price in our futons and sofabeds.

Are our futons and sofabeds guaranteed?

In a word; YES. All our products carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship or defective materials, we also guarantee the products in transit to cover any damages that may occur.

What type of futon should I buy?

Well, that is a big question. Everybodys needs are different, so you may need a futon mattress to sleep on every night, or you may just want a guest bed to sit next to your study desk. If you are unsure of your needs or which models are suitable please feel free to call us.

What are futon mattress 'layers'?

Originally futon mattresses were manufactured using layers of cotton wadding and a loose woolfelt that came in bales, or rolls, made up in layers of around 2cm thick. These layers were laid out on top of each other to produce a futon mattress. Now we use specifically manufactured and pre-sized sheets of woolfelt bonded together by a rubberised solution, in combination with central layers of rebound polyester or foam. This creates a more durable futon mattress that will retain its position on your futon frame keeping your futon mattress looking fresh and feeling comfy.
