Delivery Details

Christmas & New Year Deliveries - we are now no longer able to offer pre-Christmas delivery. New Year deliveries will commence Monday 9th January, please call us on 01752 662030 if you have any questions or would like to discuss specific delivery requirements. If you require your purchase to be delivered there is a charge. You should select your delivery option from the menu when making, or browsing for, your purchase. Please be aware of the following points, and call us if you are unsure of any details:

Stock items are delivered within 4 to 7 working days. If you have an urgent requirement, such as next day delivery, please call us for details, we can often help.

Special order items will take up to 10 working days.

Deliveries incur extra costs, the maximum charge is £40 (Saturday surcharge) per delivery (typical delivery in the range £20 to £30 depending on the items).

Deliveries are carried out by ourselves, or by a parcel carrier, subject to your location.

All deliveries will be booked in with you beforehand.

You will be required to be available to receive your delivery on the specified day. Although we can choose a day to suit your requirements, we will not be able to specify a time when the delivery is completed by a parcel carrier.

We try to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition. However we can be held up by traffic conditions and the dreaded roadworks! It is our aim to keep you informed of any delays to minimise any inconvenience to you.

Republic of Ireland, N.I. & UK Offshore Deliveries

We can now offer deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK Offshore addresses as per the details below. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option from the drop-down menu on the product pages. Please Note you can select your Currency Choice to display prices in Sterling or Euros in the top 'breadcrumb' bar, under the futon picture.

Stock items are delivered within 6 to 10 working days. If you have an urgent requirement please call us for details, we can often help.

Special order items will take up to 15 working days. Deliveries incur extra costs, the maximum charge is £89 per delivery.

Deliveries are carried out by a parcel carrier, such as NightFreight or City Link.

We can arrange a delivery dispatch day with you, however the day of delivery will be subject to the parcel carriers once the goods arrive at your location. Typically goods take 3 to 5 working days from dispatch in the UK to arrival in Ireland.

Customer Collection.

We can now offer you the choice to collect your purchase from our shop in Plymouth, Devon. Our shop, Revolution Futon is located at 140 Cornwall Street in Plymouth City Center, opposite the Market entrance.

We will contact you when you place your order to advise you of when your purchase will be ready for collection, and arrange a suitable day. If you wish to arrange this prior to placing your order, or have any questions, please call us on 01752 662030

Shop Collection times:

Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm

Saturday 10:00am to 12:00pm mid-day.

Collections by appointment only please.

A large hatchback or estate car would be needed for most purchases.
